The Board of Fire Commissioners is seeking candidates to fill current vacancies. Candidates must be a Blackman Fire District registered voter to be considered. The successful candidates will fill an seats 3 & 4 on the board. If selected for appointment to the board, requirements will include State Mandated Ethics Training and Pre-Qualification for the Blackman Fire District 2026 election cycle in Okaloosa County. Submit letters of interest by November 30, 2024 to 1850 Hwy 2, Baker, FL 32531 or email your interest to BlackmanFire70@gmail.com.
